Kathleen M. Baggett, M.D., is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners. She is a member of the American Medical Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Baggett is Board Certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. She performs endoscopic sinus surgery and treats disorders of the ears, nose and throat, including head and neck cancer. Dr. Baggett has been practicing in Vero Beach since 1999 where she resides with her husband and two daughters.

Alex H. Yoon, M.D., is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is a member of the American Medical Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Yoon is Board Certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He performs endoscopic sinus surgery and treats disorders of the ears, nose and throat including head and neck cancer. Dr. Yoon has been practicing in Vero Beach since 1998 where he resides with his wife and 2 daughters.

Jeffrey A Livingston, M.D., is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. He has been practicing in Vero Beach since 1999 and is active in the Florida Medical Association and a former President of the Indian River County Medical Society. Dr. Livingston currently resides in Vero Beach with his wife and 3 sons, and has been a Florida resident since 1980, when his family moved from Northern New Jersey to Lighthouse Point, Florida. Dr. Livingston is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery, and takes interest in treating General and Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat disorders.

Nurse Practitioner

Michele Sypniewski is a family nurse practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (NP-C). She is licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing as a registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner. Michele worked as a registered nurse for 20 years in a variety of specialties in both pediatrics and adult nursing. As a nurse practitioner she has worked in general pediatrics, adults, pulmonary, pain management and hematology/oncology. She has a special interest in pediatrics and particularly enjoys this population.

Dr. Livingston is professional, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The staff at Vero ENT Associates are friendly, courteous, and caring. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Livingston and Vero ENT Associates here in Vero Beach and I would not consider using any other ears, nose and throat physician. The Nurse Practitioner, Michele, was wonderful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had fast check-in and I didn't have to wait long at all to see her. I also did the allergy testing at their allergy center and the LPN, Aundrea, was wonderful too. I'm happy I chose to come here!
